Individual ideas for a movie opening

I hope to produce an urban movie but a movie that goes against stereotypes and connotations of an urban movie, majority of urban movies what made it to the big screen are not positive and are seen to be bad influences in the media. I have a idea of producing a movie about someone from a urban area making content online and becoming a millionaire from it. I haven't decided on the content yet but it could be a range of things e.g. Gaming,music it can be any from a multimedia bases this will help break the stereotypes what would be guns and drugs. The film is set to be a low budget film as I believe not many distribution and production companies will invest it such a film to break stereotypes big companies side with sterotypes as they know that stereotypes will in fact sell. I want to prove a film that breaks stereotypes can just gross as much as a film what continues and manufacture stronger sterotypes.
